How much does the service cost?

We charge a flat monthly fee starting at $200. Your exact rate is based on your business needs and transaction volume, which we'll discuss during your complimentary consultation.

What bookkeeping software do you use?

We primarily use QuickBooks Online. It's an excellent cloud-based solution for managing your finances, and we'll assist with setup and training if needed.

My books are really messy and behind. Can you still help?

Yes! We specialize in catch-up bookkeeping. Our cleanup service will bring your records current and properly reconciled, giving you a clear financial picture.

How do I share my documents and statements with you?

You'll upload documents through our secure app. We'll walk you through the easy setup process when you get started with us.

Am I locked into a long-term contract?

No contracts required. We work on a month-to-month basis because we want you to stay with us based on the value we provide, not because you're locked in.

How much of my time will this take on a monthly basis?

Very little. Once we complete the initial setup, you'll just need to provide documents periodically. Most clients spend less than 30 minutes per month.

Do we need to meet in person?

Not at all. We work completely online, serving the entire Sacramento Metro Area remotely. This keeps our costs down and makes working together convenient.
